Lateral Partner, Tax — Washington, D.C.

Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral tax partner to join its Washington, D.C. office. The role will focus on delivering high‑level tax advice to corporations and other sophisticated clients across a range of federal and international tax matters.

The successful candidate will join an established, collaborative tax team and be expected to manage complex engagements, mentor junior lawyers, and contribute to business development initiatives. This is an opportunity to build a visible practice within a well‑resourced platform.

• Established partner with a strong, demonstrable tax practice and extensive technical expertise in federal and/or international tax.
• Proven client development skills and experience managing matters and mentoring associates.
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and good standing to practice in Washington, D.C.
• Track record of bringing or growing client relationships; portable business welcomed.
