The team advises on complex federal and international tax matters and collaborates with corporate, finance, and benefits groups on cross-practice matters. The position offers a platform to lead engagements, mentor junior lawyers, and play a visible role in business development.
Candidates with a portable practice or demonstrable client relationships are encouraged to apply; there is support for integrating new partner hires into the firm s client and referral network.
- Proven partner-level tax experience at a major law firm or equivalent in-house role.
- Deep knowledge of federal and international tax law; experience with transactional tax planning and/or tax controversy matters.
- Track record of originating and managing client engagements; business development capability — portable client relationships welcome.
- Strong management and mentoring skills; ability to work collaboratively with corporate and cross-practice teams.
