Lateral Partner — Tax, Washington, D.C.

A leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Washington, D.C. tax practice. The role involves advising corporate and high-net-worth clients on complex federal, state and international tax matters, leading engagements and supervising junior lawyers.

The successful candidate will have a visible tax practice, participate in business development and help grow the team in the D.C. market. This is an opportunity to join an established, full-service firm platform with national and international tax capabilities.

• Established tax partner with significant US tax experience (federal, state and/or international tax)
• Proven experience leading matters and managing teams
• Demonstrated client-development skills; a portable practice or ability to generate work is desirable
• Active bar admission in the District of Columbia (or ability to obtain)
