Well-established national law firm is seeking a Lateral Partner to join its tax practice in White Plains (Westchester County). This role will lead complex tax matters across corporate and transactional work, advise closely held and corporate clients, and collaborate with colleagues across offices.

The firm is looking for a partner with a proven track record in tax planning, controversy, or transactional tax work who can provide high-quality technical advice and help grow the practice. A portable practice or demonstrable client relationships are welcomed.

Admitted to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s)
Established partner-level tax experience (corporate, transactional, or controversy)
Demonstrated ability to manage matters and mentor junior lawyers
Business development capability; portable book of business or demonstrable client relationships a plus
Strong technical skills and excellent communication with clients and internal teams
