An established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Wilmington tax practice. The role will focus on advising corporate and high-net-worth clients on domestic tax matters and transactional tax planning within a broad, multidisciplinary platform.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative team and help grow the local tax offering by contributing technical expertise and client development. This is a partner-level role where an existing portable practice or demonstrable business-development track record will be an asset.

Experienced tax partner with a strong technical background in federal and state tax matters.
Admitted to practice in the relevant state and in good standing.
Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships; a portable practice is preferred.
Track record of working collaboratively across practices and mentoring junior lawyers.
