Leading global law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Wilmington tax practice. The role focuses on advising corporate and high-net-worth clients on complex tax matters and leading local team delivery.

This is a partner-level opening for an experienced tax lawyer who will take a visible client-facing leadership role, mentor associates and help grow the regional tax offering. A portable practice or demonstrated ability to originate and develop business is welcomed.

Established track record as a tax partner or equivalent in private practice.
Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s).
Strong technical tax skills and experience advising corporate or high-net-worth clients on complex matters.
Proven client development and team leadership abilities; comfort working on cross-border matters and with national or international colleagues.
