Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a technology and healthcare-focused compliance practice in Austin. The role concentrates on privacy, data protection, healthcare regulatory matters and counseling technology clients across commercial and regulatory issues.

The partner will advise a diversified client base on privacy programs, data security incidents, regulatory compliance and transactions involving healthtech and software companies. This is a senior role with responsibility for client development, team leadership and cross-practice collaboration.

Candidates with an established partner background and a portable practice or demonstrated ability to originate and cultivate business are encouraged to apply.

Established partner-level experience in privacy & data protection, healthcare regulatory matters and technology-related compliance
Proven track record of client development and ability to bring or grow a portable practice
Experience leading and mentoring teams on complex regulatory and transactional matters
Bar admission in relevant U.S. jurisdiction and strong client-facing and written-communication skills
