Leading national firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Technology & Healthcare practice in Los Angeles. The role focuses on advising technology and healthcare companies on privacy, data protection and related commercial matters within regulated industries.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative team serving sophisticated corporate and compliance-focused clients, working on counseling, transactional support and regulatory issues tied to software, health tech and data-driven services.

Proven partner-level experience advising on privacy & data protection, ideally within technology and/or healthcare sectors.
Strong transactional and counseling background (vendor agreements, data processing, compliance programs, cross-border data issues).
Demonstrated client development ability; portable business welcomed.
Licensed to practice in California (or eligible) and able to work from the Los Angeles office.
