Well-established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to expand its Technology and Healthcare practices from the Miami office. The role will focus on privacy and data protection matters for technology and healthcare clients, including counseling, compliance work, and cross-border or transactional support.

The team seeks a partner who can lead engagements, develop client relationships, and collaborate across practice groups on multidisciplinary matters. Candidates with an existing portable practice or demonstrable business development track record will be given particular consideration.

Partner-level experience advising on privacy & data protection, ideally serving technology and healthcare clients
Proven track record of originating or growing client work and leading matters
Strong technical understanding of privacy laws and regulations and how they apply to transactions and compliance programs
Excellent communication, client relationship and team leadership skills
Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and authorized to practice in Florida (or able to become so)
