Senior privacy and data protection partner opportunity with a national firm’s Tampa office focused on technology and healthcare clients. The role will lead and expand a cross-practice privacy offering advising on compliance, data governance, incident response and vendor relationships for technology and health-sector companies.

This is a client-facing, rainmaking position with responsibility for originating and growing work, mentoring junior lawyers, and collaborating with transactional and regulatory teams across the firm. The team advises a mix of vendors, software companies and healthcare organisations on U.S. privacy requirements and risk management.

Established partner with significant experience in privacy, data protection and related regulatory matters for technology and healthcare clients
Proven record of originating and growing client relationships; portable business welcomed
Ability to lead client engagements, supervise associates and work collaboratively across practices
Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and strong written and oral communication skills
