Senior partner hire sought to lead and expand a cross-practice privacy and data-protection offering serving technology and healthcare clients from the Washington, D.C. office. The role combines client counseling, transactional support and regulatory work in privacy, data security and software-related matters.

The firm is looking for a commercially minded partner who will take an active role in client development and team leadership across the technology and healthcare practices. The position offers a platform to build a national practice while working with multidisciplinary deal and regulatory teams.

Established partner-level experience advising on privacy and data-protection matters, ideally with technology and/or healthcare-sector clients.
Proven track record of business development and experience leading teams on transactional, regulatory or compliance matters.
Ability and willingness to contribute a portable practice or develop a book of business.
Licensed or eligible to be licensed to practice in Washington, D.C., and able to work on matters for U.S. clients.
