Experienced partner sought to lead and grow a technology and healthcare-focused regulatory and privacy practice in Raleigh. The role combines client advisory work on privacy, healthcare regulatory matters and software-related transactions with responsibility for originating new business.

You will work with a national team on cross-practice matters, advise clients across the healthcare and technology sectors, and take a visible role in market-facing initiatives and client development.

A portable practice is welcomed; the role includes leadership and mentoring responsibilities within the local office.

Established partner-level experience advising on privacy/data protection, healthcare regulatory issues and software/technology matters.
Proven client-development track record and ability to originate or bring portable work.
Licensed to practice in the relevant state or able to obtain admission.
Experience managing engagements, supervising associates and collaborating with cross-office teams.
