Leading German law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Technology, Media & Entertainment and Intellectual Property practice in Cologne. The role focuses on advising commercial and technology-focused clients on IP, digital media and related commercial matters.

The successful candidate will join a market-facing team with cross-practice capability and opportunities to work on German and cross‑border matters. The firm offers a collaborative platform and support for partners looking to grow or transition a portable practice.

Partner-level experience in technology, media/entertainment and/or intellectual property law.
Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships; a portable practice is welcome.
Strong advisory and transactional experience on technology/IT, licensing, IP-commercial contracts or related disputes.
Fluency in German and experience working on German-market matters preferred.
