An established German practice is seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow its Technology, Media & Entertainment and Intellectual Property work from the Munich office. The role offers a high‑visibility position within a well‑regarded full‑service firm and involves advising technology companies, rights holders and creative industry clients on transactional and contentious IP matters.

You will join a collaborative team handling licensing, software and IT agreements, IP portfolio strategy, enforcement and cross‑border matters. The firm is open to candidates with an existing portable practice and is flexible on exact book‑of‑business size.

Proven partner‑level track record in technology, IP and media/entertainment matters.
Experience leading client relationships and originating business; comfortable managing a small team.
Strong commercial and drafting skills on licensing, software/IT and rights transactions; litigation experience a plus.
Admission to practice in Germany and fluency in German and English.
