Senior partner hire to lead and expand a technology and intellectual property practice in a Dubai office of a leading international law firm. The role will also engage on matters across energy transition, infrastructure and construction-focused international arbitration.

The team seeks a commercial partner who can originate and develop work, collaborate with regional and international colleagues, and broaden the practice by cross-selling into adjacent areas (energy/infrastructure and related disputes).

Established partner or equivalent senior lawyer with a demonstrable track record in technology and IP matters.
Proven ability to bring or develop a portable client base and to generate new business.
Experience on energy transition, infrastructure projects and/or construction-focused international arbitration is highly desirable.
Strong leadership, client management and cross-selling skills; ability to work with international teams and clients from the Dubai office.
