Senior lateral partner opportunity to lead and grow a Technology & Life Sciences practice across Montreal and Toronto. The role focuses on cross‑border corporate work for tech and life‑sciences clients, including US‑facing transactions and strategic commercial matters.

The team is in an active growth phase and is looking for a partner who brings high‑quality, portable client relationships and a strong market profile. Candidates with VC relationships or a track record advising innovative companies will be of particular interest. The firm favours a smaller, high‑quality book of business over large lower‑quality volumes.

This is a strategic hire within a well‑established firm; there are also selective opportunities in securities/capital markets and ongoing associate hiring in class action litigation, so candidates should be prepared to discuss strategic fit and cross‑practice collaboration.

Established partner with a demonstrable, portable book of business and clear client relationships
Significant experience advising technology and/or life‑sciences companies on cross‑border corporate matters, including US‑facing work
Strong market profile; VC relationships or experience with emerging growth companies considered an asset
