Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a technology litigation practice from the firm's Palo Alto office. The role focuses on defending and prosecuting complex commercial and class action disputes for technology and data-driven companies, with a particular emphasis on privacy and data-protection issues.

The successful candidate will join an established litigation platform and work collaboratively across teams to service regional and national clients. A portable practice or demonstrable client-development track record in tech litigation and privacy is welcome.

Proven partner-level experience in technology-related commercial litigation and class actions.
Experience handling privacy, data-protection, or related regulatory matters preferred.
Strong trial and motion practice skills and a record of high-quality written and oral advocacy.
Demonstrable client-development skills and ability to build a portable practice.
Bar admission in California (or eligibility) and ability to work from the Palo Alto area.
