Seeking a partner to join the Technology, Media & Entertainment practice in Atlanta. The role will lead and grow a market-facing technology and media practice, advise clients on commercial, licensing and transactional matters, and work closely with cross-practice teams.

We are looking for an experienced, client-facing lawyer with a demonstrated track record of originating and managing matters and the ability to build business in the region. The role offers significant responsibility for practice development and team leadership.

Established partner with substantial experience in technology and/or media matters.
Proven business development record and the ability to bring or grow a portable practice.
Experience managing client relationships and supervising associates.
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and strong commercial drafting and negotiation skills.
