Established partner with significant experience in technology transactions, media and telecom matters
Proven track record of client origination and relationship management; portable practice preferred
Strong drafting and negotiation skills for commercial tech agreements and IP‑related issues
Admissions and credentials appropriate for practice location; ability to work effectively across cross‑border or national teams
