Leading German office seeks a lateral partner to join its Technology, Media & Entertainment and Intellectual Property practice in Berlin. The role involves advising national and international clients on IP strategy, technology transactions, licensing, and media-related matters across a range of sectors.

The successful candidate will lead matter teams, develop and deepen client relationships, and work closely with colleagues across jurisdictions on cross-border assignments. A portable practice or demonstrable ability to generate and grow client business is desirable.

Experienced partner-level lawyer with a track record in technology, IP and media/entertainment work.
Proven client-development skills and experience leading deal and advisory teams.
Ability to manage cross-border matters and collaborate with international teams.
Fluent in German and English (oral and written) preferred.
