The role focuses on advising industry clients on strategic transactions, commercial agreements, regulatory matters, and technology-driven initiatives.

The team serves both established and growth companies across technology, media, telecommunications and transportation sectors. This is a client-facing role that combines deal work, regulatory counseling and cross-practice collaboration.

Established partner with a proven track record in technology, media/entertainment, telecommunications or transportation-related matters
Demonstrated ability to originate and manage client relationships and lead deal teams
Experience handling commercial contracts, regulatory issues, and transactional matters relevant to the listed industries
Strong communication skills and collaborative approach to cross-practice work
