Leading international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Technology and Media & Entertainment practice on a location‑agnostic basis with presence in Austin. The role focuses on leading complex technology‑focused transactions, media and entertainment matters, and telecom-related commercial work for sophisticated corporate clients.

The partner will have a client‑facing role combining matter execution with practice development — supervising teams, managing key client relationships, and collaborating across offices and practices. The firm supports flexible working arrangements and evaluates candidates on experience and portable client relationships.

Established partner with demonstrated transaction and/or commercial experience in technology, media/entertainment, or telecommunications matters
Proven ability to originate and manage client engagements; portable client relationships will be considered
Track record of supervising associates and delivering high‑quality work product
Strong commercial judgment, excellent drafting and negotiation skills, and ability to work across multidisciplinary teams
Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or eligibility to transfer
