Leading global law firm seeks a partner to join its Beijing Technology, Media & Entertainment (TMT) practice. The role is partner-level, focused on advising technology and media clients on commercial transactions, technology licensing and telecommunications matters.

We are looking for a partner who can originate and lead work across the region and who is comfortable working on cross-border matters with multidisciplinary teams. Portable client relationships will be considered and evaluated as part of the process. The firm offers a platform to grow a market-facing TMT practice in China.

Established partner-level experience in TMT, technology transactions or media law.
Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships and leading deal teams.
Experience on cross-border transactions and working with international clients and teams.
Fluency in English; local qualifications or ability to practice in China preferred.
