Proven partner-level track record in technology, media and/or telecom transactions.
Experience originating and managing client relationships; portable practice or demonstrable book development is welcome.
Strong drafting and negotiation skills on commercial and technology‑related agreements.
Ability to lead and mentor associates and to work across cross‑border matters.
