Leading international law firm seeks a partner to join its Technology, Media & Entertainment (TMT) practice in New York. The role involves advising on complex commercial, licensing, content, platform and telecom matters, often with cross-border and regulatory elements.

The partner will be expected to originate and grow client relationships, lead multifunctional deal teams, and work on high‑profile strategic matters for corporate and media clients. A portable practice / book of business is required.

Established partner-level experience advising clients in technology, media, content, or telecommunications sectors.
Demonstrable track record of originating and maintaining client relationships (portable practice).
Experience leading deal teams on commercial agreements, licensing, distribution, platform and regulatory matters.
Admitted to practice in New York or otherwise able to be admitted.
Strong business development skills and experience mentoring senior associates.
