Senior partner hire to join a busy Technology and Media & Entertainment practice in Palo Alto. The role focuses on leading matters for technology, media and telecommunications clients, advising on strategic commercial, regulatory and transactional issues.

The office seeks a partner who will build and lead client relationships, mentor junior lawyers and collaborate across practices. Candidates with an existing portable practice in technology, media or telecom will be especially attractive.

Established partner-level experience advising technology, media and/or telecommunications clients.
Proven client development skills; portable practice/relationships preferred.
Track record of leading teams on complex commercial, transactional or regulatory matters.
Active bar admission and eligibility to practice in California.
