The team offers a location‑agnostic arrangement and evaluates candidates on experience, client relationships and practice fit. The position is suited to a lawyer with an existing portable practice or demonstrated origination ability who can step into a leadership role.

Established partner with substantial experience in technology transactions and media/entertainment or telecommunications matters.
Proven client development/origination record; a portable book of business is highly desirable.
Track record of leading deals and managing teams on cross‑border or complex commercial matters.
Admission to the relevant state bar and ability to practice in the United States.
