Open on a location-agnostic basis with a flexible evaluation process. The firm offers premium billing rate frameworks and is seeking an experienced partner able to originate and deepen client relationships; a portable practice is welcomed.

Established partner with significant experience in technology transactions, media/entertainment or telecommunications work
Proven track record of client origination and business development; portable book of business preferred
Strong commercial drafting and negotiation skills; experience advising corporate or strategic clients
Admission to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction(s) and ability to work with a cross‑office team
