The role will lead client relationships, originate and execute complex transactions and provide sector-focused legal counsel across technology, media and transportation matters.

Open to candidates based nationwide; the team is seeking an experienced partner with a portable practice who can help grow and deepen client coverage across the firm's industry groups. The position offers an opportunity to build a market presence while leveraging a multidisciplinary platform.

Established partner-level experience in technology, media/entertainment or transportation-related matters
Proven track record of originating work and managing client relationships; portable book of business welcomed
Strong commercial transactional and/or regulatory experience relevant to the industries
Ability to lead teams, mentor junior lawyers and collaborate across practice groups
Active bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or willingness to obtain it
