Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Technology, Media & Entertainment practice in Delaware with a focus on telecommunications, wireless and broadband regulatory matters. The role will handle regulatory counseling, government contracts and communications-related work across federal and state levels.

The partner will work on cross-practice matters with compliance and government & public law teams, advising clients on licensing, spectrum, regulatory compliance and related transactional or dispute issues. The role suits a market-facing lawyer who can develop client relationships and collaborate with existing regulatory and tech teams.

Proven partner-level experience in telecommunications, communications or broadband regulatory work.
Track record advising on government contracts, licensing, spectrum, or regulatory compliance matters.
Demonstrable business development ability; portable practice or book of business welcomed.
Strong client relationship and team leadership skills; admitted in an appropriate U.S. jurisdiction or able to qualify.
