Established partner-level experience in technology, media & entertainment, or transportation matters
Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable business preferred
Strong commercial and regulatory counseling skills; experience leading teams on complex transactions or disputes
Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to work from the Minneapolis office
