National law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Technology, Media & Entertainment practice in New York. This role will lead client engagements, advise on transactional and commercial matters in the TMT space, and grow a varied book of business.

The firm is looking for a senior lawyer with a track record of originating and managing client relationships across technology, media and telecommunications matters. The partner will work closely with cross-practice teams and contribute to business development and practice strategy.

Lateral partner with significant experience advising technology, media or telecommunications clients.
Proven track record of client origination and relationship management; ability to bring or develop a portable practice.
Strong transactional and commercial drafting skills; experience working on cross-practice matters.
Bar admission in New York (or ability to qualify) and excellent professional references.
