Lateral Partner — Technology & Media (New York)

Leading U.S. law firm seeks a partner to join its New York Technology, Media & Entertainment practice. The role will focus on advising technology and media clients on commercial, transactional and licensing matters across the sector.

The successful candidate will join an established group that handles cross-disciplinary work for corporate and content clients. This is a visible partner opportunity with scope to grow and lead client relationships within the office.

• Established partner with a strong track record in technology and/or media transactions and licensing.
• Proven ability to originate and develop client relationships; portable practice welcomed.
• Excellent commercial judgment, leadership experience and ability to work on cross-practice matters.
• Admission to the New York bar (or eligible) and ability to practice in the U.S.
