Leading international firm seeks a Lateral Partner to join its Technology, Media & Entertainment practice in Milan. The role will focus on advising corporates and digital-sector clients on technology and media transactions, commercial agreements and regulatory matters across Italy and cross-border matters.

The position is location‑agnostic within Italy with a Milan base and will involve business development, team leadership and high‑value client work. The firm is open to candidates with a portable practice and proven ability to originate work.

Established partner with significant experience in technology, media or telecoms transactions.
Track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable book of business welcomed.
Strong commercial drafting and negotiation skills on licensing, outsourcing, platform and commercial agreements.
Fluency in Italian and English; admitted or eligible to practise in Italy preferred.
