The group is seeking an established partner who will lead client engagements, mentor junior lawyers and collaborate across practices on cross-cutting commercial and IP-driven matters. This is a high-visibility role for a partner with an active practice in the technology/media sector and a track record of originating and developing client relationships.

Proven partner-level experience in technology transactions, licensing, or media/telecom matters.
Demonstrable client development record and willingness to bring or grow a portable practice.
Strong transactional drafting, negotiation and team leadership skills.
Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction; experience counseling technology and media clients.
