Law firm seeking a lateral partner to join its Technology, Media & Entertainment and Transportation industry groups in the Dallas market. The role focuses on leading client work, expanding industry-focused practice lines, and advising corporate and commercial clients on sector-specific transactions and regulatory matters.

Ideal candidate will have an established industry practice and be comfortable bringing a portable client portfolio; firm is open to considering candidates nationwide. This is a visible, business-facing partner role with opportunities to develop team members and shape practice strategy.

Established partner-level experience in technology, media/entertainment, transportation, manufacturing or related industries.
Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable book of business preferred.
Strong transaction and/or regulatory experience relevant to industry clients (e.g., commercial contracts, licensing, supply-chain agreements, transportation/regulatory compliance).
Licensed to practice in the United States; ability to work from or relocate to Dallas as required.
