Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Phoenix office to lead and grow a technology-focused regulatory practice. The role centers on telecommunications, wireless and broadband matters and includes counseling clients on regulatory compliance and government contracting issues.

The successful candidate will join a team that advises clients across the technology, media and entertainment spectrum and works closely with government and public sector stakeholders. This is an opportunity to take on a visible role shaping the firm’s regional regulatory and communications practice.

Portable business is welcome: candidates with an existing book of business or strong client relationships in telecom/communications and government contracts will be prioritized.

Experienced partner-level lawyer with a substantial practice in telecommunications, communications or related technology regulatory work
Proven track record advising on regulatory compliance and government contracts; experience with wireless, broadband or satellite matters preferred
Established client relationships and a demonstrable, portable book of business
Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to work from the Phoenix office
