Leading US law firm seeking a lateral partner to join its Philadelphia team to lead regulatory and government-facing work in the technology, telecommunications and media sectors. The role focuses on regulatory counseling, government contracts, proceedings before federal and state agencies, and transactional support for communications and broadband clients.

The partner will manage and develop a small team, take a visible role in client relationship management and business development, and work collaboratively with national practice groups on cross-border and complex matters. A portable practice or demonstrable client relationships in telecom/communications or government contracts are welcome and will be considered.

Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania or ability to seek admission.
Significant partner-level experience in telecommunications, communications, broadband or related regulatory work.
Experience with government contracts, administrative proceedings or agency advocacy preferred.
Demonstrated team leadership and business development capability; portable client relationships a plus.
