Lateral Partner — Technology & Telecom Regulatory, Sioux Falls

Major law firm is seeking a lateral partner to lead and expand a technology and telecommunications regulatory practice in its Sioux Falls office. The role focuses on regulatory counseling and government contracts work for clients in satellite, wireless, broadband and related communications sectors.

The partner will advise on federal and state regulatory matters, transactional and compliance issues, and representation before government agencies. The position offers responsibility for client development, team leadership and cross‑practice collaboration with transactional and public‑policy colleagues.

• Established partner with significant experience in telecommunications, communications regulation, or government contracts.
• Proven track record advising on wireless, broadband, satellite or similar infrastructure matters and interacting with regulatory agencies.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships and grow a portable practice or book of business.
• Bar admission and experience managing teams and mentoring junior lawyers.
