Lateral Partner — Technology & Telecom Regulatory — Washington, D.C.

Seeking a partner to lead and grow a Washington, D.C.-based regulatory practice focused on telecommunications, wireless and broadband matters, and government contracts. The role will advise carriers, technology companies and other stakeholders on regulatory strategy, compliance, and proceedings before federal and state regulators.

This position requires handling complex rulemaking and enforcement matters, managing cross-functional teams, and guiding clients through government procurement and regulatory compliance issues. The successful candidate will join an established regulatory group and work collaboratively across related practices.

Portable business is welcome and candidates with an existing regulatory or telecom client base will be given strong consideration.

• Established partner-level regulatory practice with significant experience in telecommunications, wireless, broadband or communications law.
• Proven experience with federal and state regulatory processes (including FCC-related proceedings) and government contracts/regulatory compliance.
• Track record of client development and managing teams on complex, high-stakes matters.
• Active bar admission and ability to practice in relevant U.S. jurisdictions.
