Seeking a partner to lead and expand a technology and communications practice in Minneapolis with a strong focus on telecom, wireless, broadband and satellite matters. The role emphasizes regulatory work, government contracts and counseling clients on compliance and public-sector interactions.

The successful candidate will join a well-established team advising carriers, technology providers and other industry participants on regulatory strategy, licensing, and government procurement. This is a client-facing, business-development role with opportunities to grow a portable practice.

Established partner with a proven track record in telecommunications/communications law and regulatory matters.
Experience advising on government contracts, licensing, compliance, and public-sector regulatory strategy.
Demonstrated business development ability and experience managing client relationships; portable book of business preferred.
Bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
