Seeking a lateral partner to lead and expand a technology-focused regulatory practice in Boulder. The role will advise companies on telecommunications, broadband, wireless and government contracts matters, with heavy emphasis on regulatory strategy and interactions with federal and state agencies.

The partner will manage and mentor a small team, collaborate with cross-practice colleagues on complex policy and regulatory matters, and support business development efforts. A portable practice or demonstrable book of business in telecom/communications regulation is welcome.

Juris Doctor and active admission to a U.S. bar (or eligibility).
Proven partner-level experience advising on telecommunications, broadband, wireless or communications regulatory matters.
Experience with government contracts or regulatory agency proceedings preferred.
Track record of leading teams, supervising junior lawyers, and contributing to business development; a portable practice is a plus.
