Lateral Partner — Technology & Telecommunications Regulatory (Washington, D.C.)

Top-tier Washington, D.C. opportunity for a lateral partner with a regulatory and government-contracts focus in the technology, telecommunications and media sectors. The role will lead and grow work on telecom, wireless and broadband matters, advising clients on regulatory strategy, compliance and interactions with federal agencies.

The partner will work across transactional and regulatory matters, handling government contracts and communications-regulatory issues for corporate and industry clients. The team seeks a senior lawyer who can build and manage client relationships, mentor junior lawyers, and contribute to practice development.

• Established partner track record in telecommunications, communications-regulatory or related technology regulatory work.
• Deep experience with federal regulatory regimes and government contracts; proven experience advising clients on compliance and agency interactions.
• Portable client relationships / book of business preferred; demonstrated business development ability.
• Bar admission in D.C. (or willingness to seek admission) and substantial experience working on matters in Washington, D.C.
