- Partner-level experience in technology transactions, media/entertainment or telecommunications deals
- Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships and grow revenue
- Experience leading deal teams and mentoring associates
- Strong drafting, negotiation and commercial judgment on complex contracts and licensing matters
- Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to work with Bay Area clients
