Seeking a partner to lead and grow a technology-focused transactional practice serving clients across technology, media and telecommunications. The role is Bay Area–focused with flexible/remote location arrangements and involves high-value commercial contracting, platform deals, licensing and strategic vendor relationships.

Ideal candidate will have a track record of originating and managing client relationships, mentoring fee-earners, and delivering commercially practical solutions for scaling technology and media companies. The hiring team values a portable practice and demonstrable business development capabilities.

  • Partner-level experience in technology transactions, media/entertainment or telecommunications deals
  • Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships and grow revenue
  • Experience leading deal teams and mentoring associates
  • Strong drafting, negotiation and commercial judgment on complex contracts and licensing matters
  • Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to work with Bay Area clients
