Leading practice seeks an experienced lateral partner to join a Technology and Media & Entertainment group. The role focuses on technology transactions and commercial matters for clients across media, telecommunications and digital services.

The firm offers a location‑agnostic arrangement with national platform support and an emphasis on business development. You will lead complex deals, partner with transactional teams, and help grow a technology-focused client roster.

Portable practice and client development capabilities are welcomed; the team evaluates candidates on the strength of their experience and book of business.

Proven partner-level experience in technology transactions, media/entertainment, or telecommunications.
Track record of originating and managing client matters; portable book of business preferred.
Strong commercial drafting and negotiation skills on licensing, SaaS, procurement, and related commercial agreements.
Excellent business-development and team leadership capabilities; admitted to practice in the U.S.
