Partner-level experience advising on technology transactions, licensing, media or telecom matters
Proven client development and relationship-management skills; track record building or maintaining a portable practice
Experience leading matters and supervising associates
Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and strong academic/professional credentials
