Experienced transportation and maritime partner sought to join a large national law firm in Chicago. The role focuses on leading and growing a market-facing practice advising shipping, logistics and transportation clients on regulatory, transactional and dispute-resolution matters.

This is a partner-level role with responsibility for originating and managing client relationships, supervising associates and collaborating across related practice groups. The team handles a mix of commercial maritime work and transportation-focused matters for corporate and institutional clients.

Established partner with significant experience in maritime/shipping and transportation law.
Proven record of originating and managing client matters and supervising teams.
Portable practice or demonstrable business development capability expected.
Admission to the Illinois bar or eligibility to obtain admission; strong commercial sense and excellent client-facing skills.
