J.D. and admission to practice in Texas (or willingness to seek admission)
Substantial experience in white collar criminal defense and government/internal investigations
Proven trial or substantial motion/practice experience preferred
Established client relationships or a portable practice welcomed
Demonstrated ability to lead cases, develop business, and mentor junior lawyers
