Top-tier litigation team in New York is seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a white-collar criminal defense and investigations practice. The role focuses on representing corporate and individual clients in criminal matters and internal investigations across a range of industries.

The position offers an opportunity to join an established practice platform with cross-practice support from investigations, compliance and regulatory teams. The firm is looking for a senior lawyer who can both handle high-stakes matters and contribute to business development.

We welcome candidates with a portable practice or demonstrable client origination ability; there is flexibility on how a book of business might integrate into the existing group.

Proven partner-level experience in white-collar criminal defense and government investigations
Strong trial or investigative experience and courtroom/regulatory advocacy skills
Track record of business development and client relationship management; portable practice preferred
Active New York bar admission (or ability to become admitted)
