• Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) or equivalent with an established white‑collar / criminal litigation practice
• Proven track record in regulatory investigations, criminal defence, and contentious enforcement proceedings
• Strong leadership and team management skills with experience running matters and supervising junior lawyers
• Demonstrable business development and client relationship skills; portable practice/ability to bring client matters desirable
